  • Week 1: Finding your business idea. Start off identify your passions and interests, conduct market research, evaluate the viability of your business idea, and develop a unique selling proposition (USP).
  • Week 2: Time for your voice and branding that represents your new business and connects with your audience. We'll dig into the importance of branding, how to define your brand identity, design a logo and choose a color palette, create a website, and develop a social media strategy that will help you connect with your audience. You might be guessing that this means GO TIME.
  • Week 3: Create your next 90 days. You'll set SMART goals, prioritize tasks and activities, create a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule, track progress, and adjust goals and activities as needed. With this plan, you'll be able to stay focused and on track as you build your business.
  • Week 4: It's time to create your launch strategy. Don't be afraid of the sales funnel. It's time to set that launch date to announce your website. We'll head to social media, figure out some networking opportunities and find customers. You'll learn the secrets of launching a successful business and how to stand out in a crowded marketplace.
  • Week 5: Keeping an eye open for ways to grow. Brainstorm ways to intentionally expand your product or service offerings, scale your business, and overcome common challenges faced by new entrepreneurs. You'll learn how to take your business to the next level and make it a success.
