What you can expect and how to use the Trello board.
**Homework: Get all your ideas and items on new Trello cards. Get all the things off your mind and on those cards so they can get organized.
Create a new post in the group that includes your URL(s). This will be your accountability post that you will put your daily 3 must get done items. You will continue to use this post to put up your must get done items for each day and check in about completing or not completing them.
I would love it if you write down your basic stats so you can track where to spend your time. What is bringing you traffic and new email sign ups? Did you see improvement in just the time we work together in this challenge?
I have a basic google document you can copy and use. Feel free to customize it for multiple businesses or more tracking you would like to do. I kept this document super simple to encourage you to build a habit of going in at the beginning of each month and updating it.
