For a couple of years now I’ve been considering a podcast and 2020 is the year. Your Bold Life podcast will launch on January 1st and then go out weekly every Wednesday.
Your Bold Life podcast will be about gaining your confidence in your new roles as a woman over 40. The emptynest, the caregiving of parents, the body changes, work related issues and all while trying to figure out what the hell we want to do with the rest of our lives?
Issues we are now going through that our Mother’s never told us were coming up. ARGHHHH, I’m continually talking with my Mom about that. I wonder if I can get her on the podcast? lol
I know a lot of amazing women and I can’t wait to share their stories with you. The more amazing women I talk to, the more come out of the woodwork. I can’t wait to see the women that the podcast brings into my life to share.
Of course, I have my own opinions about it all and many tips for what has been helping me, my friends and my coaching clients.
